HZS projects “Longfor Beijing Great Wall Chinoiserie” and “Harbin Baoyu-Tianyi Lan Wan” was in the top five of READesign China Award for luxury residence, villa and private mansion in 2014-2015. 

READesign China Award is issued by “READatChina.com”, which aims to select the most valuable project in Chinese Real Estate Market in the following decade with the principles of openness, fairness and justice. The Selection Committee consists of 16 judges including professional experts from various fields and famous real estate developers from Vanke, Yurun, Poly etc, who will come up with a complete set of evaluation criteria and choose the most excellent project. 

After 5 months’ collection, the Selection Committee received 285 works in total. There were 208,021 people participating in the vote through internet and WeChat to make expert evaluation and public evaluation. There were 73 works as finalists after final calculation. The grand Award Dinner would be held in Shanghai International Conference Centre on March 29th 2015. HZS projects winning this award proved that HZS design and service quality get approved by Real Estate field.
