2009 HZS staff trip to Hangzhou

HZS organized a two-day autumn outgoing to Hangzhou on September 19th 2009 in order to help us relieved from working pressure and get relaxed.

Our first stop was Xixi National Wetland Park, where was a artistic and poetic place for people to calm down. Water was the soul of Xixi because there were six rivers intersected with each other vertically and horizontally, which developed to be a unique wetland landscape. We took a boat floating on the river and meanwhile appreciated the charming sceneries. Winding streams, clusters of fruits and picturesque countryside scenery impressed us completely.

We travelled around the famous West Lake by boat on the next day. West Lake is a masterpiece of natural and cultural fusion and a model of national aesthetics. Gleaming ripples, scarce boats floating on the surface of the lake, splendid mountain and verdant forests in a distance, all these marvelous beauty of West Lake struck us. We were all enchanted and even doubted whether we entered into a fairyland beyond the noisy world. The most impressive scenic spot in West Lake should be “Three pools mirroring the moon”, which was in the middle of the lake. There were multi-layered landscape and various spaces on the island.

In the afternoon, we arrived at another places of interest, named “Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies”. Winding streams ran through the hills and the sound of water was like a melodious song, attracting people to explore the natural wonderful scenery.

Everyone got relaxed and had a good time during this two-day trip.
